This is Lilianna, Queen of Ludark. She is a very minor character in the show and appears for only a few minutes. She came with a background that closely matches the blue one from the show. It’s odd though, for some reason I think this cel looks better without a background. The screencap of her shows her with the matching background and the pink CG effects.
