As usual I was attracted by the blue colors of this cel. I have to admit though, its one of those cels that looks better without three of the four layers on top of Black Jack.

I am sure that this cel does not come from the OVAs nor the movie. I know that there were other episodes that where never translated so this cel must come from one of them.
