I’m so excited about this cel. I’ve had a nice cel of Nuriko looking very masculine for a while and wanted another nice cel showing him looking very feminine. There were only a few sequences that I was felt would be just right. This was one of them. This comes from when Nuriko says that Miaka’s bleeding has stopped after Miaka tries to kill herself. This was not a particularly favorite scene for me, but Nuriko looks so great in it that I found myself hoping I could get one from this part of the show. It’s too bad that my scanner couldn’t get the colors quite right. The cel is much prettier in person. The soft pink color on his lips and his beautiful eyes just don’t seem to come out well no matter how I try to scan them.
