I am so excited to be able to buy this cel. I have admired it in Remi’s gallery for a long time. I love the contrasting red, blue and black colors of this cel. The expression on Inu Yasha’s face is also great. This cel comes from when Totosai interrupts Kaijuinbo’s and Tokijin’s attack on Inu Yasha. Totosai appears in a sudden bolt of lightning and Inu Yasha puts up his arm to block the glare.

I have to admit I a little confused as to how to label the background. The background for this cut changes several times as the sky behind Inu Yasha gets lighter. The background matches the start of the cut, but the cel comes from the end of the cut. I have to admit I prefer the way the cel looks with the darker sky.
