I have been watching out for a cel of Inu Yasha in his demon form. This cel cost more than I was planning on paying, but I loved the blues of the background so much I decided to go for it. It turns out that this is a small pan cel. It’s hard to tell since the proportions are still the same as a regular cel. For some reason, the red of his eyes really stands out in the scan. They don’t seem so bright in person.

In this part of the show, Goshinki bites down on the Tetsusaiga and breaks it while fighting against Inu Yasha. With his sword shattered, Inu Yasha transforms into his demon self for the first time and finishes off Goshinki. Afterwards, he warns everyone to stay away from him, but Kagome comes up to him to help him change back. The Kagome layer is missing from this set up. She is supposed to be covering about half of Inu Yasha’s body as she approaches him.
