This is Yuki as she finds the pendant belonging to the angel breed. I rather liked her as a character. She was smart enough to eventually realize that she was being deceived and strong enough to refuse the false promise of happiness she had been given. I do not think many people would be able to do that. Many people would rather hold on to a happy illusion than face what may be a less appealing truth.
