This cel comes from one of my favorite episodes. I feel so sorry for the young women caught in this trap. They did not do anything to deserve their fate. In the end they are trapped fovever in a dark deserted underground train station where they are not even able to move a muscle. This is also the episode where Chisato buys the charms for both of them. They end up playing a significant role in the main story. Finally, I also like the fact that she is shown in her winter school uniform. All the other cels show the girls in the summer one.

In this scene Miyu has just realized that the maniquins are women that have been changed by shinma's magic. She can hear them crying and asks him if he can hear them too.
