This is a beautiful correction genga is showing a close up of the main character’s face. I have included a few screen captures, but I am pretty sure that none of them match the sketch. That seems to be one of the problems with sketches. There can be too many similar images throughout the series. Since by their very nature the sketches do not match the final image exactly, it can become difficult to track down exactly where in the show it was used. You are out of luck unless your set has a truely unique image or includes a layout or a sketch with an episode and/or cut number.
