When I first scanned this genga, I did not know what it was used for. I found out it was used for the cover of the Australian version of the third DVD cover (and DVD itself). Unfortunately, I did not realize what side was up when I scanned and labeled the genga image so it is rotated. I am too lazy to pull it out of the folder and rescan and relabel it. Either way, its purpose is pretty clear.
