I would love to find the matching cel to this beauty someday. This dragon appears only once in the OVA and is never actually named. He also appears in the opening alongside four other dragons. Since I know that the other for dragons are ancient dragons, I am assuming he is the fifth one.

Abram is an evil dragon and in the OVA Narse calls for him during his battle with Mycen. Three of the ancient dragons are evil; Abram (blue), Narse (black), and Shooting Star (red). It makes sense that this would be an image of Abram. The only problem is his color. Abram is referred to as a blue sea dragon, while this dragon is clearly green. I have heard somewhere that the Japanese symbol for blue is the same for green but I am not sure if this is true. If it is, then maybe this is a translation problem, and Abram is really supposed to be green.
