It was the wonderful sense of motion and the graceful lines of the Sleepless couple’s bodies that attracted me to this sketch. They look so beautiful leaning against each other and obviously belong together. It’s kind of sad that in the manga they are killed off by the male zeros while recovering from their fight with Soubi and Ritsuka. I prefer the anime where they just drop out of the storyline. That way you can imagine they are still together.
