Wow, it’s been over a year and a half since I updated this section. I saw this cel of Silvermask and just had to get him. He is talking to Griskarl in the capital of Pars. Silvermask is about to reveal his true identity. The background comes from the same scene but not the same frame. Its the background that is supposed to be behind Griskarl, not Silvermask (they are facing each other).
