I didn’t think I’d ever see such a nice cel of this guy. I don’t think his name was ever mentioned in the show. He’s the evil sorcerer who created the fog on the battlefield in part one. He is also a servant of Zahak, the snake king. In this shot, he is trying to convince Silvermask that fetching the sword Ruknabard will prove that he is the true king. The second A-1 is a correction layer.
