Here’s a great shot of Melain. This is from the part where he meets Kubard. They are attacking some Lucitanian soldiers and Kubard asks him who he is. This cel appears just as he is answering back with his name. I love the drama of this shot as he seems to be aiming his arrow right at you. Even though I liked this character, there were very few cels/scenes that I was willing to buy. Of those scenes, this one was at the top of the list. I could not believe it when I saw it for sale only a few days after another wish list cel of Pharangese was offered up for sale. Fortunately, I had spent several months building up my Arslan Senki cel budget and was able to get both with plenty to spare. I felt like a kid in a candy shop.
