This is a lovely cel of Princess Irina. This is from the scene where she introduces herself to Melain and Kubard. I saw this cel previously marked as on hold and was sad that I had missed the chance to have her. I was surprised a few months later to see it off hold and for sale again. This view of her as she pulls back her veil has got to be the most beautiful shot of her in the series. (I did not care for any of the views of her whole body. That dress was way too full of ruffles for my taste.) She made such a great match for Hermes/Silvermask. It’s rather tragic that he spends his energy trying to take the Palsian throne when by marrying her he would have the Marion throne. It’s clear they love each other very much, but he just doesn't seem to get it.

Like my cel of Queen Tahomine, the veil on this cel was transparent in the anime.
