Here is the old man as one of his fits starts to come on him. It starts off with a sudden intense craving for water. He ends up drinking liters of it. He then collapses and starts to sweat out all the water he just drank.

This cel also shows his wife. Like her husband, she is also a rather complex character. It turns out she was an earlier patient of Black Jack. She was disfigured and threatened to kill herself if Black Jack did not perform cosmetic surgery to make her beautiful. Black Jack gave her the beautiful face she wanted, and she ended up becoming the trophy wife of this old rich businessman. At first their relationship follows a rather stereotypical course. She even has an affair on the side with one of his employees. However, over time they start to really love each other. Gradually, they both end up becoming better people. In this cel she is bringing him the water he needs as he goes into his fit.
