The way this cel is scanned is a little deceptive. This is the way that the seller displayed it when it came up for auction. I have to admit that I like it better this way. In reality, the same background gets used for three sequences; 2 of Kero laughing and 1 of Suppi looking stunned. The overall scene comes from when Suppi and Kero first meet. In the screen capture, Suppi is realizing that Kero expects them to eat the basket of sweets together. In the other, Kero is laughing at Suppi’s name.
