I thought this was a cute little image of Nakuru. It comes from when Toya is remembering playing the piano with his mother. Yukito hears it and tells him it is a pretty song that he has never heard before. Toya tries to use the opportunity to tell Yukito he knows the truth about his nature when Nakuru happily pops through the classroom window.
