I could not resist the beautiful deep blues and greens of this diagonal pan cel. I was also really attracted to the feeling of action in the image. It didn’t hurt to have Li in his Chinese spell battle outfit either. This cel comes from when Li asks Meiling to help him fight against the Twin.
